10 Steps for Easy and Fast Tissue Paper Pom Pom Fluffing- Tutorial

1st tip – Pre-folded and pre-cut paper pom poms are an excellent solution. Get these amazing flat pom poms in sets of 25 flowers in 5 different colors and 5 sizes on Amazon. This is the first tip that will save you a lot of time.

2nd tip – Preparations – Prepare a wet sponge. Use hand cream. Get a good source of light. Unfold the ribbon. Fold the flat paper pom pom in two and find the middle.

3rd step – Tying it up – Tie a strong knot right in the middle. Leave extra length for hanging.

4th Step – Flip the pom pom to the other side. Tie another knot here. Make sure it doesn’t slip.

5th Step – You can also use your knees for a better grip.

6th step – Fan the 2 sides. Press them a little bit with your palms. Keep the ribbon knot down.

7th step – Place your fingers into pom pom’s splits. Pull with all fingers as closer to the center as possible. (Moist your index and your thumb in a wet sponge or piece of fabric – for a faster and better grip).

8th step – Go as high as possible with the first and second layer.

9th step (important step) – As you go along do not pull as high as you did for the first and second layer. Raise up the last layers just a little bit.
